Frequent suspension maintenance is required to provide optimum suspension performance and reduce unnecessary wear to fork and shock internals. Do not wait until you have a seal leak to service your suspension. Fluids break down from heat, bushings wear and shims collect metal debris greatly hindering suspension performance. We recommend rebuilding the components every 20-25 hours to make sure your suspension continues to perform at it's best.

LDR Suspension offers a race set up for the inspiring young up and coming champions. Our Suspension set up range from the beginner all the way to the pro riders. From motocross to endure, from street to Supercross, we will customize your suspension to your specific needs.

We service all makes and models and offer LDR engine modifications, Full Race Suspension, Re-valve, and Standard Fork & Shock Service.
LDR Suspension also have complete Shock and Fork kits. They are Hard-anodized, billet aluminum, have remote reservoirs with adjustable preload and compression and rebound adjusters. Fork kits contain RT springs and Gold Valves

  • Fork Rebuild

    Includes disassembly, cleaning, polish fork tubes, inspect and measure service limits of parts, replace any damaged or out of spec components, and fill with new fork suspension fluid and set oil level in forks.

    Recomended interval: 20-25 hrs

  • Shock Rebuild

    Includes disassembly, cleaning, polish shock shafts, inspect and measure service limits of parts, replace any damaged or out of spec components, and fill with new shock suspension fluid and set nitrogen pressure.

    Recomended interval: 20-25 hrs

    $100/set

  • Revalve

    Suspension rebuild plus:

    Personalized valving and springs per each riders individual weight, rider level, and type of riding. Each revalve is customized to each customer. After a customer has an LDR revalve suspension upgrade, all future revalves needed due to rider experience, weight or riding conditions change, will be a part of the LDR Team program. This means, you pay once and only pay for parts  and fluids for any future revalves. Labor is free.

  • Chassis

    LDR Ususpension Complete Chassis Lube/Grease Service

    Disassemble, clean, inspect, and grease swing arm bearings, linkage bearings, steering stem bearings, and wheel bearings

    Only Lithium water proof grease is used

    For new bikes to replace the minimal OEM "grease"

    and restores older bikes to feel like new.


  • Other Services

    Chassis setup, engine rebuild, head modifications, ignition remapping, install exhaust, install controls, tires, relace wheels, install seat cover or install new graphics.
